I stayed there for 3 nights. On reception Mr Joshi was very courteous to help. In Restaurant Mr Rajeev was very helpful to provide what you wish to have for your meal. My stay was extremely pleasant at this property.Location is bang on Mall road. The only thing is that one need to take 20-30 stairs to reach hotel which is tough for people from plains.

The overall location was very nice and scenic. But, to reach the hotel, one needs to climb around 75 to 76 steps and it's a bit pain staking for Senior Citizens to climb so many steps and we had to do that at least 2 to 3 times a day. Not advisable for stay, for Senior Citizens or Heart Patients and i am both.

This hotel is located midway of mall road in Nainital location is prime with rooms which have separate balcony views of naini lake. Only down part is , it has like 80 stairs to go for hotel and no other option and the second is the food taste. They have all options but the food is mostly tasteless, but they have good tea and breakfast.

Well maintained property although it seems fairly old. Service is good and view from rooms is good too. The only issue is the stairs to reach the hotel. They're courteous to help with the boarders luggage, but aged people will still find it difficult to climb about 40 steps just to reach reception. Otherwise it's a neat place to stay right on the mall road.

Hotel with beautiful location and view of naina lake. We visited on Oct 20 and our experience was quite good about this property. Lake view room is quite big with beautiful lake facing

I had a very bad experience with Hotel Krishna Nainital. I have booked 2 nights rooms and asked them to cancel 1 week ago they took my 5500Rs and ran away and didn't picked my call and responded. Please think before you book this hotel. If any one wants to full in details they can contact me I have all the messages and details with me.

Worst service ever. I booked this hotel and paid full as this is apparently very near to the main road as my parents had knee issues. Firstly, you cant take the cab to the gate of the hotel, the gate itself is around 100 stair uphill. Secondly, The guy at the reception will ask for aadhar card of all members of the family, and wont let you go to the rooms untill you provide them for each and every one They will not provide you with wifi unless you provide Adrress proof, even if you have pre paid for the hotel. I wanted wifi, as their address proof was in my mobile, I asked him to click the photo from my mobile, but he insisted that I step out of hotel find the signal and then send him the docs on whatsapp. This is really the worst hospitality ever. These people are not in hospitality business, they are just doing business. They could have let my parents go to the rooms as I had paid full amount in advance, they did not let a single person pass, unless I provided them all Address proofs of each individual.
